As part of providing a psychological service to you, as a therapist, Tracey Molenaar needs to record personal information from you that is relevant to your situation, such as name, contact information, emergency contacts and any other relevant personal information.
Tracey also needs to keep detailed notes concerning the process and progress of her time with you in sessions. The collection of personal and therapeutic information is a necessary part of your sessions. However, Tracey also respects your privacy and what you choose to share with her. Personal information forms a vital part of the ongoing process and, as such, will remain confidential and secure.
In certain circumstances, there may be necessary exceptions to keep all personal or session information confidential. Tracey would seek to discuss the need to breach confidentiality with you before anything was to occur.
