Cancellation Policy

​Tracey would like to respectfully make you aware that she has many clients whom she strives to provide with timely and compassionate care. If you are unable to make an appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that this appointment may be offered to a client on her waiting list.

 

There may be a cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where a client schedules an appointment but does not attend.  

 

A non-refundable booking fee may be requested prior to scheduling an appointment for new clients or where a client has given short or no notice of non-attendance.  

 

Payment for the session is required at the time of appointment.
